Returns:

In the event that a purchase must be returned, please contact us at pk@propowerparts.com or call 954-491-6988.

1. No returns after 18 days, no exceptions.

2. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all merchandise returned in 100% resalable condition (clean package, all pieces intact, etc.). If returned goods are not 100% resalable, an additional charge will be assessed. If merchandise is defective, deformed, or shows signs of installation, the return will be refused.

3. Installed parts cannot be returned.

4. Freight for all returned goods must be paid by the customer.
Canceling an Order:

Please make sure the order you place is what you want. Once your order has been placed, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee, regardless if your order is shipped or not.

Damaged Goods/Shipping Errors:

Upon receipt of shipment, please inspect contents immediately in the presence of the delivery person. If you receive an incorrect item due to our error we will have you ship it back to us by UPS ground and reimburse you the shipping charges.

Out of Stock items:

If we do not have the parts you ordered in stock, or if they are on back order, we will contact you via email within 24 hours. We will let you know when your order will be available for shipment. We will give you the choice of waiting or canceling your order.
